Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase has arrived, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We will refund or exchange items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you require a refund or exchange the faulty item must to be returned. Send us an email about your faulty item and we will provide you with details to return the item and arrange a refund or exchange.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account once processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Should you need to mail your return to the store you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
